What do I need for a sound healing? 
The more comfortable you are, the better experience you will have. 

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

  • Lay down on a couch or bed, where ever you will be able to completely relax. 

  • Choose a quiet setting where you won't be disturbed. 

  • Use pillows to prop up your head and knees as needed.

  • Cover up with a blanket.  

  • For online experiences, headphones or ear buds and a good WiFi connection are a must!


How do I prepare for a sound healing?

  • Always hydrate before and after a sound healing experience.

  • Come prepared to set an intention to address your physical, emotional and/or spiritual needs.


What can I expect from the experience?

Each sound healing experience is different for each person. Sometimes a healing can be profound or intense. Some people feel energy moving through their body. Some fall asleep while others are present the entire time but feel nothing at all. Just know that if you are open to being healed, the universe will always give you what you need.
